THE NAYI DOR
Privacy Policy

Who we are
The Nayi Dor offers custom stitching at Back Street of City Bazaar, Kanina Mandi, Kanina, Mahendragarh 123027. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit this website or send a stitching enquiry.
Your enquiry
The contact form asks for your name and message, plus a phone number or email address so we can respond. You may provide either contact method or both. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the outfit you have in mind. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Enquiries are sent to our business Gmail inbox through Google's mail service. The website does not maintain a customer database or send an automatic customer email. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Security and service providers
Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions to help prevent spam and abuse. It processes technical information, which can include your IP address, browser and device information, and uses a security cookie. It is separate from optional Analytics and is loaded when you submit the form. If verification is unavailable, please try the form again later.
Our contact service processes IP addresses temporarily to limit abusive requests. Application logs do not record enquiry contents. Hosting and email providers also process information needed to operate their services; their own retention and security practices apply.
Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Google Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) explain Google's practices.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is optional on our public website and only loads after you accept it. Local and preview hosts do not collect Analytics.
We offer the same Analytics choice to visitors in India and elsewhere. We do not load Analytics or send Analytics requests before acceptance. Continuing to browse does not count as consent.
When enabled and accepted, Google Analytics measures visits, stitching-button clicks, contact-link clicks and confirmed enquiry submissions. It may process browser and device information and use first-party cookies. We do not send the contents of your enquiry, name, email address, phone number or CAPTCHA token to Analytics, and we do not use its advertising features.
You can reject Analytics and still browse the website and submit an enquiry. We remember your choice on this browser for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days without extending it on each visit. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes our first-party Analytics cookies; it does not itself delete data already received by Google.
lets you change your choice without losing an unfinished enquiry. If browser storage is unavailable, we cannot remember your choice after you leave the page.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab).
How long we keep enquiries
For inactive enquiries that do not become orders, we delete the enquiry emails from our business Gmail account six months after the last contact. We handle this manually in Gmail; the website does not automate deletion. Google's retention processes for its own systems may also apply.
If an enquiry becomes an order, the information needed for that order is handled separately. This six-month enquiry policy does not set a retention period for order or accounting records.
Your choices and questions
To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form. We may need to confirm which enquiry is yours before responding. Some information may need to be retained where applicable obligations require it.
Instagram and Google Maps links take you to other services with their own privacy policies. We do not embed a map or Instagram feed on this website.
Policy updates
We will update this page when our website or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
